❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
This ham and potato recipe is great for leftover ham or just anytime. It’s so easy in the crock pot. Throw it all together, and you have a meal in a few hours. This dish is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. I make a huge pot of this, and it doesn’t last long. It makes a wonderful weeknight meal when you come home from a busy day.
SWAPS & ADDITIONS
If you are not a fan of creamed soups, you can easily make your own. You can also switch out the mushroom soup for cream of celery or cream of chicken. This is a versatile recipe. If you don’t like onions, you can leave them out, too. If you read the comments on this recipe you will get some more ideas. Many have added broccoli, peas, etc. Some used milk instead of the soup. You can add seasonings you like as well. This is a very basic recipe with lots of room to add what you like. We like to describe this as just a great country meal.

MAKE THIS RECIPE FOR TWO
You can easily halve this recipe to make it for two people. Just use half the ingredients and you will have a much smaller serving. This is a dish that you can make a much smaller amount of and it not change the taste.
WHAT TYPE OF POTATOES DO YOU USE?
We just use russet potatoes but we have made this with yellow potatoes. They do cook a little faster and you don’t have to remove the skin. Honestly you don’t have to remove the skin at all if you are a fan. It will be delicious either way!
